1. WHAT IS A PREMIUM KEY?

A premium key is an 8‑character alphanumeric code (e.g., A1B2C3D4) that gives you access to download original-quality videos from our library for a specific period (1 month / 30 days).

• It works on ONE device only.
• You can download as many videos as you like during those 30 days.
• The key is for personal use; sharing or selling it will result in immediate blocking.

2. HOW TO BUY A KEY?

• On any video page, click the “⭐ Premium Download” button.
• A pop‑up will open. Select the 1 Month plan (₹49).
• Fill in your name, email, and mobile
• Click “Pay ₹49 & Get Instant Key”.
• You’ll be redirected to Razorpay’s secure checkout. Complete the payment via UPI, card, or net banking.
• After success, your serial key will appear instantly in the pop‑up and also be sent to your email.

3. HOW TO ACTIVATE THE KEY?

• In the same pop‑up (or if you closed it, click any “Premium Download” button again).
• At the bottom of the payment section, you’ll see a link: “Already have a key? Enter it here →”.
• Click it, type your 8‑character key in the box, and press “Activate →”.
• Your key will be locked to that device, and you can now download any video in the best available quality.

IMPORTANT:

• Use a normal browser (Chrome/Firefox). DO NOT use Incognito/Private mode, as that may cause device lock issues.
• If you do, you may lose the device pairing and need to request a reset.

4. DEVICE LIMIT EXPLAINED

Why only 1 device?

• This policy ensures fair usage and prevents key sharing.
• The device is identified by a unique browser token. If you switch to a different phone/laptop or even a different browser on the same computer, you’ll need to request a device reset.

5. VIDEO QUALITY – WHAT DO WE OFFER?

We provide the best quality we have for each video.

• We never artificially upscale or add fake 4K labels.
• If a video is labeled “Original Quality,” it means the file we uploaded is the highest resolution/bitrate source we could obtain.
• In some rare cases (about 3% of videos), a true original master is unavailable due to:
  • Public domain status with no known high-quality source.
  • Original creator’s account deleted or video removed.
  • The video was recorded from a social media feed that compresses uploads.
• We always disclose this honestly. If a video’s quality is not up to our standard, we mention it in the video description on the article.
• Whenever a better version becomes available, we update the file, and you can re-download it during your active plan.

6. PLAN DETAILS

7. WHAT IF YOU CHANGE YOUR DEVICE OR LOSE ACCESS?

If you want to move the key to another device (e.g., new phone or different browser):

• Open the premium pop‑up (click any Premium Download button).
• Click the “Help” button at the bottom.
• Inside the help window, click “Check Your Key Status”.
• Enter your key and click “Check Status”.
• If the key is active on your current device, you’ll see an option: “📩 Request Reset (Change Device)”.
• Describe your issue (e.g., “new phone”) and submit.
• Our team reviews reset requests, usually within a few hours. Once approved, your key is unblocked and can be activated on a new device.

Note: Abusing the reset system (excessive requests) may lead to permanent blocking of the key.

8. REFUND POLICY

• If you do not receive your serial key within 24 hours of payment (despite checking spam folder), contact us at freememesdownload@gmail.com for a full refund or key resend.
• Once a key is activated, NO refund is possible.
• If you face a technical issue preventing activation after payment, we will assist you to resolve it; if still unsolvable, we will refund.

9. TROUBLESHOOTING COMMON ISSUES

❌ “Invalid key” on activation

• Ensure you are using the exact 8‑character key (copy-paste recommended).
• Key may have expired if not activated within 30 days of purchase. Contact support.

❌ “Key already used on another device”

• Means the key is locked elsewhere. Use the “Request Reset” feature described above.

❌ “Download limit reached” / “Plan expired”

• Your 30 days have ended. You can purchase a new key.

❌ Premium button not showing

• Ensure you are logged in (if required) and that you haven’t cleared browser data. Try reloading the page.
